The learning process begins well before the first session, with the leader completing an online 360 Assessment, the Leadership Practices Inventory®. Once the assessment has been submitted, the leader receives a comprehensive leadership profile report. The report is written in a highly structured and easy to read manner.

The facilitator will then reference the report throughout the coaching sessions in order to highlight behavior traits and areas for development.
