More than 1.8 million leaders have used the LPI as the start of their journey to become better leaders.

The Leadership Challenge® is a comprehensive, globally-renowned program that has set the standards for best practices in leadership and performance development; it is being used by senior managers and C-Level executives around the world.

The Leadership Challenge® can be customized and tailored to the desired competencies of the leader.

With online assessments, PowerPoint slides, videos, activities, simulations, value cards and workbooks, The Leadership Challenge® provides a full suite of pedagogical resources to create an experiential, practical learning experience mapped to desired learning outcomes.

The learning process begins well before the first session, with the leader completing an online 360 Assessment, the Leadership Practices Inventory®. Once the assessment has been submitted, the leader receives a comprehensive leadership profile report. The report is written in a highly structured and easy to read manner.

The facilitator will then reference the report throughout the coaching sessions in order to highlight behavior traits and areas for development.

Approaching leadership as a measurable, learnable, and teachable set of  the program has been developed to be globally-trusted which has led to the implementation of industry best practices.

The framework has grown out of rigorous research that first began in 1982, when Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner identified what has become known as the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, they are:

  •  Model The Way
  • Inspire a Shared Vision
  • Challenge the Process
  • Enable Others to Act
  • Encourage the Heart

Now known worldwide as the most practical model of leadership development, The Leadership Challenge® continues to prove its effectiveness in cultivating leadership behaviors at every level of an organization, from on-boarding employees to senior management and C-level executives.

To achieve these outcomes, we use a blend of short lectures, case studies, exercises and action learning activities, this intensive, interactive program develops the awareness and competencies of employees embarking on their career.
